Family Insurance

The foundation's Family Insurance program is designed to help member households access health coverage, life insurance, and household protection, with participation scaled to income so it's never gated by wealth.
Participating members reinvest a small percentage of household income into the pooled program that supports the next family.
Startup Grants
Capital, mentorship, and a community that shows up on opening day.
Member entrepreneurs apply for foundation-funded startup grants to launch businesses committed to community benefit. Applications include a business plan, mission statement, and reinvestment plan.
Grant-funded ventures reinvest a portion of their success back into the foundation — which seeds the next cohort of founders.
Community Education Services
Education is a community project, not a household expense.
Tuition support, scholarships, adult continuing education, and skill-building bootcamps — all subsidized through the foundation and delivered in partnership with member educators.
Graduates re-enter the community as workers, mentors, and business owners who fund the next student's path.
Leadership & Ministry Care
Pastors and ministry staff are members too.
Continuing education, sabbatical support, counseling, and wellness support for the leaders who steward the spiritual life of our partner congregations.
Renewed leaders build renewed churches — which strengthens every other program in the reciprocation loop.
